Membership

Lake View PTA offers three types of membership:

• Single - cost is $15 and covers one person
• Joint - cost is $25 and covers 2 members of a household 
• Staff - cost is $15 and covers one Lake View Elementary Staff Member

To join, send your membership fee and a filled out membership form to school with your student or drop it off in the office. A membership form can be downloaded and printed from below or you can email lakeviewcardinalspta@gmail.com and we will send one home with your student. 

You can pay your membership fee in cash, a check made out to Lake View PTA or pay for a ONLINE HERE.
